SERVICES

Rooted in Presence, Guided by Courage

Healing is not about rushing to feel better — it’s about learning to be with what’s here, gently and honestly. My approach combines evidence-based care with mindfulness, rest, and compassion, creating a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to heal at your own pace.

Each session is tailored to you.

Sometimes that means talk therapy and reflection; other times, it might include guided rest, breathwork, or mindfulness-based tools to calm the nervous system. When appropriate, we may integrate psychiatric care to support your overall balance and well-being.

01. Individual Therapy

Each session moves at your own pace — with care, curiosity, and courage guiding the way.

Healing begins when we slow down enough to listen — to ourselves, to what hurts, and to what’s ready to heal. Individual therapy offers a calm and compassionate space to explore grief, trauma, anxiety, or transition without judgment or rush.

- Grief, loss, and life transitions
- Trauma and stress recovery
- Anxiety and mood support
- Burnout and compassion fatigue
- Mindfulness and rest-centered healing

02. Child/Adolescent Therapy

Each session is gentle, individualized, and focused on helping young people feel safe, understood, and equipped to navigate change.

Children and teens experience grief, loss, and transition in unique and often unseen ways. Their pain may appear as irritability, withdrawal, anxiety, or sudden changes in behavior — but underneath, it’s the same longing adults feel: to be understood, supported, and safe. My approach helps young people navigate these experiences by creating a safe, supportive space where they can explore emotions, learn healthy coping skills, and begin to heal at their own pace.

- Support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, and emotional regulation
- Therapy for trauma, grief, loss, and major life changes/transitions
- Trauma-informed care that centers safety and trust
- Mindfulness and rest-based practices for calm and focus
- Family support and collaboration to strengthen connection
- Medication management when clinically appropriate (can you italicize this line)

03. Family Therapy

Each session honors every voice. This work moves at a pace the whole family can hold — moving together with patience, care, and compassion.

Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to listen to one another, navigate challenges together, and rebuild trust. Whether your family is moving through grief, transition, conflict, or emotional disconnection, this work centers understanding, communication, and repair. Sessions may include guidance around emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and creating new patterns that better support each family member.

04. Group Therapy:

Together, we slow down — making space for connection, reflection, and growth. Here, healing is held collectively.

Healing in community reminds us that we’re not alone. Group therapy creates a safe, supportive space to share experiences, learn new skills, and witness healing in others. Together, we build connection, compassion, and the courage to grow — both individually and collectively. Group sessions focus on mindfulness, coping skills, and shared healing.

05. Workplace & Organizational Support:

Each offering invites teams to slow down, reflect, and build healthier, more sustainable rhythms of work and care.

Workplace stress, compassion fatigue, and change can take a deep toll on teams and culture. I partner with organizations to support staff well-being, resilience, and connection - blending mindfulness, person-centered care, and rest-based practices to promote balance and belonging.

- Mindfulness, resilience, and stress reduction workshops
- Burnout and compassion fatigue recovery
- Restorative leadership and team retreats
- Wellness and program consultations

06. Psychiatric Services

Care that moves at a thoughtful pace — grounded in collaboration, clarity, and respect for your whole self.

Psychiatric care can be an important part of healing, especially when symptoms begin to interfere with daily life or rest. My approach to medication management is collaborative and integrative, grounded in careful assessment, ongoing reflection, and attention to the full context of your life. Medication is never the whole story — it is one possible support, considered alongside therapy, mindfulness, rest, and your own lived experience. The goal is not simply symptom relief, but greater balance, clarity, and capacity to engage fully in your healing.

- Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of mental health conditions
- Medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and more
- Collaborative, integrative care tailored to each individual
